HDR planners provide design and consulting
services to meet clients' needs for creating or redeveloping communities
and enhancing and broadening mobility, while preserving and protecting the
environment. The HDR planner serves the client from the inception of an
idea in roles as advisor, strategist, concept designer, master planner,
catalyst and expediter.
